Abortion: we all deserve to decide to live

Should abortion be legal? Abortion is a huge debate between Americans in the U.S. The thought of killing a human child for one's selfish reasons is highly unethical and is debated through the U.S. to why abortions are legal. There is also debate that a fetus is not considered a baby and not considered a human being therefore abortions are not technically taking lives This is still debated after the 7-2  Roe v. Wade court decision declaring abortions a "fundamental right" This court case in 1973 was a land mark decision for the U.S. Supreme Court. A woman's constitutional right to privacy creates the reasoning for allowing abortions but there has to be legitimacy for the reasoning of abortion. In Utah a law is being passed  holding women criminally liable for illegal abortions. Utah Gov. Gary Herbert on Monday signed the controversial law that allows women to be charged "for killing an unborn child." The push for the legislation began after a 17-year-old caused an outcry in May when she paid a man $150 to beat her in the stomach in the hopes of ending her pregnancy. A Utah judge said the girl could not be prosecuted because there was no law holding women responsible for the death of their fetus. The video below goes in depth of the situation. I believe abortions should be illegal because I feel that one's life is just as precious as the others even a fetus or unborn child.
